Newfoundland Recipe

Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

2 ½ Cups Flour
6 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Cup Sugar
1 ¼ Cups Margarine
½ Cup of raisins (more if desired)
2 Eggs (Beat With Milk)
1-Cup Milk

Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Margarine (With Hand)
Add Raisins, add beaten eggs and milk. Dough will be sticky,
Keep adding flour (until stickiness is gone) Roll out dough to ¼ inch thick
Use a round cut out to cut dough into circles, bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes, Bake on the second rack from the top.

Ps. don't worry about adding the extra flour, use as much as you want until the stickiness is gone
